Visitors can see behind-the-scenes at West Middlesex Hospital, where they will get to step inside an operating theatre, at its opening day this weekend.
The hospital in Twickenham Road, Isleworth, is offering tours of one of its operating theatres this Saturday (September 12), as well as shining the light on the endoscopy department and giving people an inside view of its x-ray facilities.
The tours are part of a family fun day at the hospital from 11am to 3pm, with entertainment including live music, quizzes and Zumba classes.
Visitors will also be able to sample hospital food, get health checks and advice, and find out about a career in the NHS from staff on the day.
There will be free parking and no admission fee.
