Red Nose Day is on the way and there are plenty of side splitting events planned to help raise funds for Comic Relief.

Taking place on Friday, March 24, the biannual event will see people across the country once again get together to do something funny for money at home, school or work, all in aid of Comic Relief .

There's a fantastic night of TV on the BBC with comedy and entertainment, plus stories of where money has been spent which are as inspiring as they are harrowing.

Plus, community groups, restaurants and shops on your doorstep will be pulling out all the stops to support the charity.
