Do you have an opera fan in the family?

Award-winning Pop-Up Opera Company is coming to The London Museum of Water and Steam (LMWS) for an evening of romance and drama on Thursday April 28, from 7.30pm to 10pm.

Pop-up Opera is a professional touring opera company dedicated to making opera approachable and fun, perfect for younger audiences.

On the programme will be the classic Romeo and Juliet, and Bellini's classic bel-canto opera, sung in Italian with English captions.

A spokeswoman for LMWS said: "Experience the most tragic love story of all time, where two star-crossed lovers - Romeo and Juliet - find their worlds ripped apart by criminal warfare against the backdrop of Italy’s bloody gang rivalry.

"Witness how their all-consuming passion tries to survive amidst violence, hatred and debauchery."
