On Saturday July 18 and Sunday July 19, the annual One Youth Festival will be coming to Ealing and Hayes.

The One Youth Festival is in its fourth year and is London's only free youth festival exclusively for teenagers.

The festival is free to enter and is open to all young people between 12 and 18 who live or study in west London. The event will include a barbecue, drinks, games, inflatable bungee run, rodeo bull and more.

In addition, local talent will be performing alongside a host of established and up-and-coming UK artists.

Youth Charity Acts 29 battle of the bands winners Misinterpret (from Brentside High) will be headlining alongside MOBO award-winning artist Guvna B, Mobo Unsung Artist Blizzard, and Waterloo Road star Paigey Cakey.

At this year's festival there will also be a two-minute silence in the memory of murdered local schoolgirl Alice Gross.

The festival began in 2011, when a small group of church-based youth workers got together to do something fun and positive to acknowledge and value the young people of west London.

The small group has grown to a two-day festival which last year saw over 1,000 young people and 80 volunteers join in the fun.

CEO of Acts 29 said: "The festival is all about the whole community joining together to send a simple message to our young people: 'You're worth it!'

"The festival would not happen without the good will of all the volunteers and sponsors who get on board to make this happen and we are really proud to have their support for such a worthwhile event, we hope many young people will join us for 2015's festival"

On Saturday, the festival will be held from 1pm to 6pm at Christ the Saviour Church Grounds in Ealing. On Sunday, the festival will be held from 1pm to 6pm at The Old Vinyl Factory in Hayes.

Young people who live or study in Hillingdon Borough and Ealing Borough can access the festival in their respective borough for free; all attendees need to register a free ticket in advance.

Young people who do not live or study in Ealing or Hillingdon will need to pay £5 in advance for entry.
