There it was the new starlight game, The Darkness.
I had been playing the starlight games since I could remember.
In five minutes I had bought the game and began installing it in the Westfield
Internet café’. When I got to the second level I began to struggle, for the first time in my gamming history .I defeated the Martians and then went on to rescue the Stars of starlight, then the worst words in gaming history flashed along the screen,
GAME OVER.
But then the screen lite up and something strange happened…
Suddenly a bizarre mist a-cured before my eyes and darkness hit me. Then I realised it this planet was not Earth .Out of the blue a rustling sound swamped me from behind. I jumped out of the way behind what I thought was a tree. Slowly but cautiously the eccentric creature stepped forward and began sprinkling dust on the ground. Bit by bit a bizarre gadget began to form in the place of the dust. The creature then bent over a picked up the gadget and began scanning the area. Eagerly the creature jumped up and said “Jason little-wood, please step forward”
Slowly and carefully, I stepped forward. The weird creature then asked me where I came from and how I got here.”
This strange creature was called Hog-squeal and this was planet starlight. Hog-squeal after that took me to his home and introduced me to his family. He had four children called Cindy-Ella, Lucy-lu, Sarah-Jane and Hog-squeal junior. Cindy-Ella was the youngest and she bore the mark of the chosen one .It was her duty to one day save the Stars of Starlight from a fait to terrible to imagine. That day had come…
This planet was so dark as the S.U.N or planet 2,345,678,910 had gone out as the icebergs on Earth had melted due to GLOBALA COLDING! I tried to explain that it was global warming but they would have none of it.
Later that day Cindy-Ella explained her plan to me and why she was so relived I had come. The only way a star from starlight could return the light to the sun was to use a Babylon candle and fly up to the S.U.N and relight it but there was a glitch a Star form Starlight can never leave there planets atmosphere as this will cause them to burn up .So she explained that I a human must fly up and ri-light the S.U.N.
That night I stayed at the Hog-squeals house and tried to sleep. I felt I would never get to sleep but finally at some ridiculous hour I finally drifted of.
The next morning I was awoke early to pack the objects and necessities for my journey. After I had finished saying good-bye, I stuck a match and light the Babylon candle and wished to my hearts content that I was stood on the S.U.N and suddenly there I was. Surprisingly the S.U.N was as black as coal and as cold as ice.
I clambered into the S.U.N and light the S.U.N sending everything back to normal
Suddenly I heard the cheering of the stars shouting Jason, Jason.
Slowly the cheering faded and turned into worried cries of my mum.
What was I doing here? Loads of faces were staring down at me. How did I get here? Nobody knows and never ever will !
