Learn all about bumblebees and sample some of Holland Park’s own honey at a free event this Wednesday (June 18).

Caroline Birchall, of London social enterprise, The Bee Collective will explain how urban beekeeping and honey production can help pollinator conservation.

Also speaking will be Allan Watson, a volunteer for the Bumblebee Conservation Trust, who will discuss bumblebee ecology and conservation while council officers will talk about the park’s beehives.

The talks start at 6:30pm at the Holland Park Ecology Centre.
