One of Disney's much loved theatre shows is presenting a dedicated autism-friendly performance next year.

The Lion King will present its fifth specially adapted show at The Lyceum Theatre on Sunday June 3, 2018.

The team behind the hit show has partnered with The National Autistic Society to create a friendly and supportive environment to enjoy London’s landmark musical event.

These performances are suitable for people with autism and there are trained staff on hand to help.

There's also a dedicated quiet and activity areas set-up should anyone need to leave their seats.

Complete with magic and music, the show tells the story of Simba’s epic journey to fulfil his destiny as King of the Pridelands.

The performance begins at the theatre at 1.30pm and tickets are available to buy online now .
