Amateur theatre group the Concorde Players are searching for talented singers and dancers to cast in their next show Lights Camera Action.

The Heathrow-based group will be holding two auditions next week in their search for people who can sing or dance and live or work locally to star in the cabaret of the greatest movie songs.

Auditions will be held on Monday, February 2 and Thursday, February 5 at the Imperial College London Heston Venue (formerly known as the Concorde Club), at 6.30pm.

The team are also in search of people who can help behind the scenes including anyone who is handy with a hammer, a paint brush or saw, can play instruments, make costumes and help promote the show.

The production will feature popular classics from movies including Jailhouse Rock, Singing in the Rain, Fame, Ghostbusters, The Bodyguard and Dirt Dancing, to name a few.

No experience is necessary but talent and enthusiasm are required.

The show will be performed from Wednesday, May 13 to Saturday, May 16.
