Former England World Cup winner Stuart Abbott has joined Rosslyn Park in a coaching role for next season.
The former Harlequins and Wasps centre, who retired due to a shoulder injury last October, will coach the backline at Roehampton Lane.
Alongside him, Rob Holt has steppd up from forming Park's pack in National Three (South) matches to coach the forwards.
And they will come under the guidance of new head coach, the former Wasps, London Welsh, Bedford and Stade Francais professional Florent Rossigneaux.
He will replace former Park chief Chris Kibble, who has quit by mutual consent, with immediate effect.
Director of rugby Shaun Justice said: "There is real excitement around the arrival of Stuart Abbott. He brings with him loads of experience at playing the game at the highest level and working with some of the best coaches in the game. We are looking forward to the excitement and expertise he will bring to our squad.
"There is an excellent buzz around the club at the moment. Rosslyn Park is no longer treading water in the national leagues and has real ambition to return the club to it's former glory."
