The Elms Sports Centre is currently running kids tag rugby classes with a difference at Regent's Park.

The same organisation associated with five-a-side-football at the Westway Sports Centre in Kensington are awarding young rugby players 'wages' dependent on their efforts and success in any given session.

At the next class each child gets a pseudo cheque with the amount of money earned.

The child who 'earns' the most money goes to the top of the league, both here in west London and on a national chart.

The courses run from this week until December 14 and are open for children aged 8-12.
