The Adams Park outfit have beaten several other clubs in the race for the 21-year-old defender's signature after fianlly agreeing terms with his club Wealdstone.
Breaking the news exclusively to the Harrow Observer, Stones boss Gordon Bartlett said: "Marvin has gone to Wycombe. It has taken a lot of negotiations over the last couple of days but the most important thing is that another one has gone from the Wealdstone production line."
With regards to Stones receiving a fee for the right-back, Bartlett added: "That is geared to Marvin being successful in the future. Wycombe will also be bringing a side over (to St George's Stadium) next pre-season."
