IT WAS not the best of weekends for Pitshanger's clubs, but at least the U14 Bs enjoyed themselves at a noisy Scotch Common, where they rattled up double figures.

Last week they beat Wealdstone 6-2 and put the same opposition through the wringer in a League Cup tie, this time winning even more emphatically 10-2.

After falling behind through an early goal, Tobi Otumbade got a brace, taking his season's tally to 10 in four matches. There were doubles also for Danny Raskino and Paolo Pisano.

Other impressive results included the U17s' exciting 5-4 win away to Headstone Manor. The U15 Bs soaring to the top of Division One with a tough 3-2 home win against Hayes. Bhavesh Soneji scored first.

The U11 As secured a valuable point away at much fancied Parkfield (1-1). But there was disappointment for the other teams; the U14 As were knocked out of the League Cup by lower league Greenford Celtic.
