BRENTFORD could cancel training tomorrow as illness sweeps through their squad.

The bug has already sidelined Steve Kabba and Sam Saunders in recent weeks, and now Charlie MacDonald, Ryan Dickson and Lewis Price have been struck down by the virus.

MacDonald (pictured) lasted just 25 minutes of the Bees 1-0 defeat at Wycombe last night, and Scott admitted he's caught between a rock and a hard place whether or not to go ahead with training at Jersey Road.

He said: "Charlie's struggling with illness. There's a lot of it going through the squad at the moment with Ryan Dickson and Lewis Price.

"We'll have to have a look at whether to cancel training on Thursday. We've got a lot of games coming up.

"We've got to work on things in training, but it's a vicious circle. If you train them too hard they're struggling with illness, but if you don't do anything you don't work on the weaknesses."
