Harrow and Wealdstone Swimming Club's 14-year-old Stephanie McFarlane flew off the blocks at the Hatfield meet to post the fastest time in her age group for the 100m fly, and with it her first National qualifying time.
She repeated the feat in the 100m fly finals where she came third in the open age group behind junior international Katie Ambridge.
At the half way point, Stephanie was leading the field, and she turned in sub 30 seconds before being duly overhauled by the eventual winners, but posted a fantastic 1.05.92.
She will be joined at the Nationals in July/August by Harrow's three other National qualifiers, Kyle Barrett, Carmella Kitching and Claudia Kitching.
A further gold was taken by Gaby Collen in the 200m breaststroke when she swam a massive pb of more than three seconds, finishing in a fabulous time of 2.43.
Connor Barrett also shone at the Hatfield meet when he swam a huge pb in his 100m fly, taking two seconds off his entry time, a great 200m individual medley, where he finished behind
Junior International Johnny Quinn and, at long last, breaking the 1.11 barrier for his 100m breaststroke.
Sofia Iranmanesh demonstrated her classy backstroke with a massive personal best in the 200m event.
Other notable swims were achieved by Bradley Hill, Hannah Wakeman, Callum Barrett, Roxanne Bevan, Frankie Collen, Abigail Sellars, Adam Warner and Jess Baldwin.
