FULHAM keeper Mark Schwarzer has cleared the decks for a move to Arsenal.

The Gazette understands the Aussie has given the green light to make the switch to the Emirates.

However, reports that Schwarzer has already undergone a medical with Arsene Wenger's side are wide of the mark as he's away on holiday.

The Gunners have already had a bid rejected by the Whites, but see the 37-year-old as the answer to their goalkeeping problem.

Fulham have been linked with David James and Manchester City youngster Joe Hart as possible replacements.
