Hayes & Yeading United will have to snuff out the goal threat of Matt Tubbs if they are to get a result at Salisbury City tonight (Tuesday). The striker bagged a brace in Saturday's 2-1 win over Cambridge United to take his tally to 28 goals for the season. Three of those came in their 4-3 win at Church Road last August, including the 84 th minute winner.

United boss Garry Haylock said: “Tubbs is a good player in a good side. They are young, well organised and from full time training you can get them to do the right things at the right times.

“Their concentration levels will be better but we gave them a good game last time and I think it will be another good game down there.

“We are not safe so we have got to go and win the next game. I do not see any reason why we cannot go there on Tuesday and be positive.”

Haylock will hand Steve Basham (calf) a late fitness test while fellow striker Scott Fitzgerald should return to the squad after shaking off a niggling injury to his right knee.
