QPR boss Neil Warnock claims there is no-one in the Football League with money ready to borrow his spare players before the loan transfer deadline closes on Friday.

That will come as a bitter blow for Rob Hulse, Patrick Agyemang and a number of others in Hoops kicking their heels on the fringes of the team.

Lee Cook looks set to be the only one of those left out of the 25-man squad to get a temporary club when the winger joins Orient on a one-month deal.

But in keeping with common practice, Warnock wants a loan fee for any of the rest, but as of last night there were no takers.

“I don’t expect anyone else to go out other than the ones like Hogan (Ephraim) who have already gone,” said the manager.

“As far as I can tell, there’s no money out there, and our lads will have to stay where they are for the time being.”
