HOGAN Ephraim has joined League One leaders Charlton Athletic on loan.

The QPR winger has been left kicking his heels on the sidelines since August after failing to make Rangers' 25-man Premier League squad.

Boss Neil Warnock was so desperate to get game time for the 23-year-old that the club have waived any loan fee in a bid to offload him.

Crystal Palace were interested in signing him earlier this season, but south London rivals Charlton have completed a deal for the former West Ham youngster that will keep him at the Valley until January.
