NEIL Warnock believes QPR's display at Swansea City will help his January recruitment drive.

An assured second half performance at the Liberty Stadium earned the Rs a deserved point – and it could have been more.

“I'm thinking if we can get three or four players in, what a great second half to the season we can have,” said the QPR boss.

“When you play like that and it's on television, I think that can only help and London's a real good pull for both foreigners and English lads.

“For anybody coming in, it's an exciting time for us, so we've got quite a bit of drawing power.

“If I was a player playing in the position we're looking for, they'd be excited like I am.”

Warnock is confident of landing the players he believes he needs to ensure survival in Rangers' first year back in the big time.

“We've got certain areas we want to improve and I think we'll get the players that we want,” he said. “We are very close to that.

“Obviously it changes day to day, which players become available and which you think you can buy or you can loan, but we're really working hard at the minute.

“We've had that many conference calls with the chairman and the vice chairman and owners all over the world.”
