KEVIN O'Connor (pictured) is in line to replace the suspended Tony Craig for Brentford's JPT clash against AFC Wimbledon tonight.

Craig will serve a one match ban against the Dons after receiving a straight red during last Saturday's goalless draw against Carlisle.

Bees boss Uwe Rosler also has Cardiff loanee Ben Nugent as an option, but has given a clear indication that midfielder O'Connor, who has filled in centre back before, will get the nod.

After the Carlisle game, in which O'Connor sat on the bench while Nugent was not even in the squad, Rosler said: “When you see who was on the bench covering at centre back, you will see who has the best chance.”

Nugent and O'Connor both played in last Tuesday's Capital One Cup defeat at Derby, but with JPT competition rules meaning Rosler must play six of Saturday's starting line up, O'Connor is likely to partner Harlee Dean at the back.

Craig, meanwhile, will be back in contention for Brentford's League One visit to Bradford City on Saturday.
