Wealdstone winger Graeme Montgomery today signed a two and a half year deal with League Two outfit Dagenham & Redbridge.

The 20-year-old winger signed on the dotted line at their Victoria Road ground after impressing on trial. He will continue to play for Stones until January.

"I'm absolutely delighted for him," said Stones boss Gordon Bartlett today. "He deserves his chance and I hope he can prove to be just as successful in the Football League as Jermaine Beckford (who signed for Leeds United from Wealdstone)."
