Queens Park Harriers team manager Harold Lisk Sr called his faithful band of athletes together to raise their game in their latest meet and his battle-hardened troops came up trumps.
They won their third match of the season with 162 points, beating rivals Belgrave Harriers, Serpentine, London AC and Southend AC.
With two teams set for promotion, Queens Park Harriers are now lying third in the division, two points behind the second spot.
The Harriers team consists of Harold Lisk Sr, Harold Lisk Jr, Wayne Roye, Richard Davis, Damina Bastick, John Agarrat, Brendan Green and Doddridge Benjamin.
The team always welcomes new members of any standard. It trains on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6.30pm at Willesden stadium.
