LARKSPUR Rovers U13 As fought back three times to earn a 3-3 draw with Kodak in the Harrow Youth League Division Two - before the match was called off with 10 minutes left because of the pouring rain.

Rovers had a 'goal' ruled out for offside before falling behind from a corner, but Marcus Onwuama made it 1-1 two minutes later.

Larks didn't learn their lesson from the first goal as they conceded to another set piece to go 2-1 down on 19 minutes and needed a long-range strike from Joe Cox to draw level before the interval. Four minutes into the second half, Kodak went 3-2 up but Larks showed plenty of character to level again through Reece Whealan.

The U13 Cs must have wished the torrential rain had caused their game to be abandoned, as they went down 7-0 to Ruislip Town.

The manager's player of the match was Liam Nixon, with the parents voting Emmanuel Johnson as Larks' best player.
