Harrow Hockey Club were in seventh heaven last weekend after both their men's and women's first teams struck seven goals.

Kerri Lendon's unstoppable shot from a short corner gave the ladies the lead against Aces, before another short corner routine meant another goal, this time Kimberley Rowley on target.

Shortly after, a mix up with umpiring led to a Aces goal being given, despite an excellent stop on the line by Angela Addow-Hamilin, which led to frustration in the Harrow side.

Lendon made Aces pay when she made no mistake with a straight strike corner routine, before wonderful passing play resulted in a great goal by Tasha Webster.

Aces then conceded two penalty flicks within the space of a few minutes when short corner shots were saved by a foot, with Webster converting the first and Poppy Marshall the second, before Marshall teed up Rowley to complete the scoring.

The men's firsts, meanwhile, beat Henley 7-0, while the the seconds kept their first clean sheet in the league in seeing off Tring 4-0.

Stuart Mullin opened the scoring with a superb shot high into the net before Harvind Grewal rolled in the second.
Jake Douglas-Brooks then ran from the halfway line to score a superb individual goal before Grewal completed the scoring with an excellent goal high into the right hand corner of the net.

The U14 development squad, meanwhile, banished the demons from a very heavy loss to Milton Keynes a fortnight ago by drawing 2-2 with St Albans.
