PHC Chiswick got off to winning ways with a 1-0 win over Milton Keynes in South Division 3A.

A new clutch of recruits saw Alex Earnshaw score the game’s only goal in the 10th minute and MK finished with 10 players after player of the match  Becky Smith looked like she’d been lasso-whipped Indiana Jones style with a high stick.

PHC Chiswick men’s seconds also claimed a victory over Spencer Titans, 4-2.
