GARRY Haylock is furious at Blue Square bosses for making his side play four games in eight days.

Hayes & Yeading entertain FA Trophy finalists Barrow on Saturday, travel to Sailsbury on Tuesday, before welcoming Kidderminster to Church Road two days later and then they head to Cambridge 48 hours after that.

But Haylock says it is unfair and does not understand why one of the matches cannot be moved until the following midweek.

"The league say they don't want any games that week in case there are any more postponements but frankly I think this schedule is making ridiculous demands on part-time players," added Haylock.

The Hayes boss has also given no guarantees James Mulley will be at the club next season.

The 21-year-old has been a big hit among the fans, and been a regular this campaign having come through the ranks at Yeading.

But while supporters would love to see the midfielder at Church Road next season, Haylock would not be drawn on whether Mulley was part of his future plans.

"Until we know what division we are in next season I don't know what budget I have and I don't know what James' demands are going to be," said Haylock.

"There are some advantages to having James here but there might be some disadvantages if he's asking for a lot of money."
