Gutsy Denham United Ladies U14s needed extra-time to record their first victory of the season.

The U14s beat Mole Valley 5-3 after the additional period to progress into the next next round of the Surrey League Cup.

Denham went behind in the seventh minute but Kayleigh Currivan grabbed the equaliser just before the break after a clever through ball by Shania Foley.

The home side went behind again at the start of the second half before Currivan netted her second of the game, this time assisted by Katie Akerman.

The game finished 2-2 before heading into extra time and for the third time in the game Denham went behind.

Once again the Denham girls equalised this time Maddie Vilday found the net and this time the side pushed on as Vilday scored again to put them in the lead for the first time in the game.

As Mole Valley pushed for an equaliser, Currivan took advantage to claim her hat-trick and secure a place in the next round of the cup for Denham.

Julia Thurauf was awarded man of the match for a solid performance in the heart of the defence.

Denham's U13s lost 4-0 at home to Tottenham with Chloe Dawson being awarded Player of the Match.

United’s U12se were knocked out the Hertfordshire cup by Comets after conceding with the last kick of the game.

Denham went behind in the first half but a fantastic goal from Georgina McGrath from a tight angle levelled the game.

The side pushed for a late winner but were caught on the counter attack in the final minute.

Denham U11s recorded victory at home to Garston with Abbie Barrett and Iqura Chowdery scoring and Zara Butt, Chowdery and Niamh Williams winning players of the match.

Explorers had five sides in action this weekend and all five recorded victories with the U8's winning their cup group to make it through to next weeks final.

The U8s cruised to a 6-0 victory in their first game with Joe Rossiter and Tristan Villacrusis both grabbing a brace while Ethan Cupido and Charlie Penil both getting on the scoresheet, Man of the Match was awarded to goalscorer Joe Rossiter.

In their second they won 2-0 with Villacrusis and Rossiter again scoring and Penil earning man of the match.

The U7s side played twice, first overcoming Townmead 1-0 with a goal from Jack Taylor before winning 2-1 against Windsor Swifts with Taylor again scoring and Stanley Geraghty finding the net.

They will now play BJ Minors next week in the final.

The U10s cruised to a 7-1 win against Hanwell FC with goals coming from man of the Match Diogo Goncalves, Sean Oliver, Mohamed Ba, a penalty from Jaiden Brookman and a hat-trick from George Rowlands.

The U9s won 5-3 away to Chalfont Saints in the cup with Reece Butler netting a hat-trick and Hayden O'Toole and Steely Howell-Burton contributing the other two goals.

The U15 side netted nine times as they beat Farnham Royals 9-3 on the road.

Cameron Baird, D'andre Wainwright and Jake Sobalak all recorded a brace while Krishan Nagha, Harry Tadman and Dan Woolridge all got on the scoresheet. Man of the match went to Baird for his two goals.

Cowley Youth U11s and U12s both recorded victories over the weekend with the U11s beating ballers 4-2 and U12's winning 7-3 against Hillingdon Abbots.
