FOURTH place in the third and final race was good enough for Clark Schofield to claim the overall title in the Hillingdon Triathletes Triathlon Series.
Herbalife-sponsored Matt Molloy took his second successive victory, completing the 600m lake swim, 6km run and 25km ride, in 1hr 11mins 57secs, just three seconds clear of Euan Lees following a sprint finish, while George Stewart pipped Schofield for third in an even tighter finish to become the first member of the first host club back. He crossed the line in 1.12.56, the same time given to Schofield.
Jenny Shorrocks was fourth in the women's event in 1.20.23 but the overall win went to Melissa Arkinstall, eighth woman home on the day in 1.28.19 and Richard Nash won the super vets race in 1.24.39 to confirm his overall series victory.

Korff led the way for the club with second place overall in 23mins 20secs, nine seconds behind the winner, while Geoff Collins (24.09), Steve Gardner (25.08), Colette O'Neill (25.36) and Bayliss (29.56) all recorded their quickest times of the summer.
