TERRY Brown reckons the Dons have all but guaranteed their League Two status after victory over Bradford.

Jack Midson's double blast from the penalty spot, coupled with Billy Knott's header, saw them beat the Bantams 3-1 at Kingsmeadow to climb up to 14 th in the table.

The win means they're 12 points clear of the drop zone with 10 games remaining. And Brown admits his side can sleep a little easier after back-to-back victories.

He said: “It's been a brilliant week for us after what was one of the hardest weeks I've had in football.

“We're nearly safe, although not mathematically. We've got another couple of games where if we pick up a win we'll be okay.

“The 50-point mark has always been our target, but I think it will be less than that to stay up this year.”
