KARLEIGH Osborne is due to return to full training this afternoon after having an injection in a bid to cure his niggling hamstring injury.

The Brentford defender was sent for an MRI scan last week to discover the root of the problem.

And the 23-year-old - who has been a recent transfer target of Charlton Athletic - is expected to join in sessions with his team-mates at Jersey Road later today ahead of tomorrow's pre-season friendly at Tonbridge Angels.

Boss Uwe Rosler said: "We found the reason for his hamstring problem and decided he needed an injection.

"He's been doing light training and he will be back in full sessions very soon."
