UWE Rosler believes Brentford hopeful Martin Fillo could fill the void left by outgoing winger Harry Forrester .

The FC Viktoria Plzen ace has hooked up with the Bees for this week's training camp in Germany with view to a potential switch to Griffin Park.

Bees boss Rosler knows the 27-year-old well from his time in charge of Viking in Norway.

And with Forrester on the verge of a switch to Doncaster Rovers, Rosler reckons Fillo can plug the gap on the flank.

He said: “We invited a player who I worked with before to join us in Germany.

“He plays in a similar position and in a similar way to Harry.

“I know him as a person and as a player having worked with him for two years.

“I just want to have another look at him and see how he is.”
