A HOUNSLOW rugby league side is two steps from being crowned amateur champions of England following Saturday's Harry Jepson Trophy quarter-final win.

South West London Chargers, based in Chiswick, are already London regional champs, and a 36-12 win at North Herts Crusaders means they are among the four best in the country too.
