Ryan Sessegnon has signed his first Fulham professional contract to snub a move to Liverpool or Tottenham.

The 17-year-old has put pen to paper on a three-year deal to stay at Craven Cottage for the foreseeable future in what is a big boost for Slavisa Jokanovic.

Tottenham were thought to have been leading the race for the youngster, but GetWestLondon understands no bid was ever submitted for Sessegnon from any suitor.

His twin brother, Steven, has also agreed a new three-year deal as he commits his future to the club.

Ryan Sessegnon has recently been called up to the england U19 squad for the forthcoming Euro U19 tournament in Georgia, along with Tayo Edun.

Meanwhile, Fulham today announced they will host Wolfsburg in a pre-season friendly at the Cottage on July 29.
