The future of Idrissa Sylla has been thrown into doubt after the frontman was left out of the Queens Park Rangers squad to travel to Germany.

Manager Ian Holloway has named a 26-man squad for the weekend in Germany, where the Rs will playing FC Union Berlin and Lokomotive Leipzig.

But there is no place in the squad for Guinean forward Sylla, leading many to question whether or not he has a future at Loftus Road.

Sylla has been linked with a move away from QPR this summer, with beaten play-off finalists Reading rumoured to have expressed an interest.

There is one other notable absence from the Germany trip - Grant Hall - but the big defender also missed out on the friendly against Peterborough United through injury.

Sylla was named in the squad for the training camp in Portugal earlier this month.
