QPR are keen to sign Ravel Morrison on loan from Lazio and are in talks with the Italian side over a deal.

The 23-year-old himself has revealed that he is open a a temporary switch to Loftus Road, which Rangers can make permanent at the end of the season.

Morrison started his career at Manchester United but failed to make a league appearance for the Red Devils.

Sir Alex Ferguson grew tired of his antics and allowed him to leave for West Ham five years ago in a £600,000 deal.

After the Hammers won promotion to the Premier League, Morrison went on loan to Birmingham City where he scored three goals in 27 appearances.

In 2014, with Rangers in the Championship, he joined QPR on loan and, in 15 appearances, scored six goals for Harry Redknapp's side.

Morrison had a further loan spell at Cardiff before being allowed to leave for Lazio on a free transfer.

Game time has been limited and the midfielder has only made four substitute appearances for the Italian sides.
