QPR are reportedly working on a deadline day deal to poach Tottenham Hotspur striker Emmanuel Adebayor.

Harry Redknapp is understood to have had an offer accepted for the former Arsenal and Manchester City forward.

Adebayor has 18 months left on his £100,000-a-week contract at Spurs but has been told he can leave White Hart Lane today if he can find a suitable move.
