QPR look to have wrapped up the signing of Mauricio Isla.

The Chilean full-back will spend the 2014-15 campaign at Loftus Road on a season-long loan from Italian giants Juventus.

Rangers have included an option to purchase Isla at the end of the spell, should the World Cup defender prove a hit under Harry Redknapp.

Isla is an energetic and versatile international who is capable of operating as part of a back-four or in midfield.

R’s boss Redknapp is also expected to seal a deal for Cardiff City’s Jordon Mutch later this evening after agreeing a fee with the Championship outfit yesterday.
