QPR have wrapped up a three and a half year contract for Manchester United starlet Sean Goss.
A fee reported to be £500,000 has been agreed for the midfielder who Rs boss Ian Holloway believes brings something different to Loftus Road.
The gaffer said: "I feel there are players at Manchester United who can get a little bit lost, because they’ve always got the best of the best of the best.
“I’ve managed to borrow one or two from United over the years, but sometimes you spot one and you want him – and that’s exactly why I’ve bought Gossy here.
“I want to put my stamp and my name and the wonderful name of QPR on him - because I firmly believe he’s got a fantastic future ahead of him.”
Holloway added: “He’s a ball playing midfielder – and what I want long-term is players in midfield with a range of passing, who can offer us something a bit different.
“That’s Gossy – that’s what he’s all about. He has a different range of passing to the other midfielders we’ve got in the squad.
Goss, 21, joined United from Exeter City in 2012 but never made a first-team appearance at Old Trafford, although he drew comparisons with Michael Carrick over his passing when he was part of the United U18s.
