The 18-year-old completed his medical and agreed personal terms last night, with the Whites confirming the move on their official website this morning.

He moves for an undisclosed fee.

The midfielder made his first team debut for the Whites in the Championship clash with Nottingham Forest in September, a game which they drew 1-1.

The youngster made five first team appearances for the Whites in total and will join up with Everton's promising under-23 team.

The Toffees have put real emphasis on recruiting talented youngsters after they signed QPR prospect Josh Bowler earlier this summer.
