AFC Wimbledon are considering a move for former Leicester City and Yeovil youngster Joey Jones.
Dons boss Neal Ardley is putting the finishing touches to his squad after a summer overhaul, with the versatile defender among those on his radar.
Jones came through the ranks with the Foxes but left the King Power Stadium without making a first-team appearance.
After a trial at Brentford, the 20-year-old signed for Championship outfit Yeovil Town, but he failed to make the grade at Huish Park.
Jones joined Conference side Woking on loan in January, scoring twice in 12 games for the Cards.
He was released by Yeovil at the end of the season, but could be offered a Football League lifeline by the Dons.
