AFC Wimbledon manager Neal Ardley has ruled out a move for Brentford midfielder Jake Reeves.
The 20-year-old made five appearances on loan at Kingsmeadow last season before being recalled by the Bees.
Ardley is a big fan of the former Spurs youngster, who has featured nine times for Uwe Rosler’s side this season.
However, the Dons boss insists he will give his own players a chance to shine before bringing in reinforcements.
He said: “I am aware that Jake is available for loan.
“I really like him – he was just getting going for us last season when he was called back to Brentford.
“I would love to have him in this team, but at the moment we have to trust the other boys.
“If we had injuries I would have no hesitation in bringing him back.”
