Fernando Torres is set to end his Chelsea nightmare by signing for AC Milan on a two-year loan deal.
The move is subject to the player agreeing personal terms with the Italian giants and passing a medical at the San Siro.
It brings to an end a miserable three-and-a-half years for the Spaniard at Stamford Bridge as he failed to live up to his £50million record price-tag.
He managed just 20 goals in 110 Premier League appearances for the Blues and was pushed further down the pecking order by the summer arrival of Diego Costa.
A medical has been scheduled for tomorrow and the deal is expected to go through ahead of Monday's transfer deadline.
