Brentford could be in line for a financial windfall depending on the future of Burnley striker Andre Gray.

Tottenham and Everton are both rumoured to be chasing the striker and the Bees will be keeping a keen eye on developments as they have a sell on clause with the Clarets.

Gray is currently under contract at Turf Moor until the end of the 2017/18 season and if he fails to agree fresh terms then the Clarets may look to cash in on their striker.

Spurs and the Toffees are reportedly keen on the frontman, who scored 10 goals in 35 appearances this season.

Gray made 47 Championship appearances for the Bees in just over a year and found the net on 18 occasions.

Everton may be in the hunt for a striker if Romelu Lukaku departs while Spurs may also be in the market after Vincent Janssen's struggles this season.
