Brentford boss Mark Warburton wants to bring in two players on loan to boost his side's promotion push.
The Bees have been in the market for a striker since Chuba Akpom returned to Arsenal earlier this month, while they are also on the lookout for a wide man following a knee injury to Sam Saunders.
Warburton admits he's unlikely to add to his squad before the weekend, but does want to bolster his options for the run-in, with Conor McAleny and Kadeem Harris believed to be possible targets.
"We are looking at a couple of options," said the Griffin Park chief.
"However, it's like buying a house and it depends on a chain of events happening, so it's unlikely anything will happen this week.
"We definitely want to bring in at least one, maybe two, who will add quality. But the squad's in good shape at the moment."
