Mark Warburton wants to add two more players to his Brentford squad as they prepare for the Championship campaign.

The Bees have so far brought in Alan Judge, Marcos Tabar, Andre Gray and Moses Odubajo on permanent deals following promotion from League One last season.

However, Warburton is still in the market for more firepower and is also considering adding defensive cover.

"We need one or two more in and Frank [McParland] is beavering away," he said. "We have got a few targets in mind and we are getting close.

"We try and make sure we have quality coverage in all areas but at the same time you have to make sure you don't block any pathways to the first team."
