Alan Judge says he would be interested in a permanent move to Brentford this summer.

The Irishman has scored three goals in 15 games for the Bees since signing on loan from Blackburn in January.

Judge has made just seven starts for Rovers since rejoining the club last year from Notts County and admits he’s in the dark over his future.

Blackburn boss Gary Bowyer told Get West London this week that he hasn't closed the door on the 25-year-old , who still has two more seasons to run on his contract.

However, Judge would be willing to discuss a permanent switch to west London if he’s deemed surplus to requirements at Ewood Park.

He said: “I’m not sure what’s happening at Blackburn. I’ll have to speak to the manager there but that won’t be sorted until the start of pre-season.

“I’ve still got another couple of years left on my contract, but I want to play football, that’s the type of person I am.

“I started the first five games of the season but my little girl was born and then I found myself out of the team for eight weeks.

“If I’m surplus to requirements then Brentford would be one of the clubs I would love to come to.”
