Brentford fans reacted with glee after the Bees confirmed the capture of Exeter forward Ollie Watkins.
The west Londoners have been long-time admirers of the 21-year-old and saw off competition from Aston Villa, Reading, Leeds United, Bristol City as well as Nottingham Forest to seal the deal.
And Bees supporters have been absolutely delighted with the signing for the forward and now believe there is a great chance of promotion, even if Jota leaves for pastures new.
But the way Brentford announced the deal brought about even more enjoyment as the club quoted lifelong Bees fan Josh Mahoney's tweet offering fans who liked it a drink if the deal was done by asking for a Carlsberg.
After Aston Villa announced the capture of John Terry with a fictional WhatsApp group and Chelsea announced the signing of Antonio Rudiger with a video, Brentford fans preferred the way the club did it.
