Bees youngsters made available for loan

Warburton wants prospects to get first-team experience

Available: Brentford want to send defender Aaron Pierre on loan

Brentford want to loan out youngsters Emmanuel Oyeleke and Aaron Pierre before the emergency window closes next month.

The Bees duo have both spent spells away from Griffin Park this season, with Oyeleke making 28 appearances for Aldershot and Pierre playing for Conference outfit Cambridge.

Boss Mark Warburton wants the pair to join fellow young guns Alfie Mawson, Josh Clarke and Luke Norris in gaining more first-team experience away from TW8.

He said: "Manny has done well, but like the rest of our youngsters, they've got to be as good as those in our first team.

"If they're not, they need to continue their education by going out on loan. Under 21 games help with their match fitness, but there's too many inconsistencies in terms of team selections.

"We want them to go out and make the step up from Conference, League Two to League One before they are ready for us."

Scott Barron could also be heading out on loan after overcoming a niggling hip problem.

The former Millwall full-back is due to resume full training this morning, with a number of League Two sides monitoring his situation.
