AFC Wimbledon midfielder Harry Pell has joined Conference Premier side Grimsby Town on an initial one month loan.
Pell, 23, was a regular last season for the Dons, making 36 appearances and scoring four goals.
However, he has been restricted to a bit-part role this season with only six substitute appearances due to being behind Sammy Moore and Dannie Bulman in the pecking order.
Dons boss Neal Ardley said: “He has had limited chances to date and all parties feel a month of competitive football would help Harry get back to his best.”
Pell will not be eligible to play in the FA Cup while is on loan with the Mariners.
