Chelsea's under-19s retained their UEFA Youth League title with a 2-1 victory over Paris St Germain in Switzerland.

The Blues are unbeaten in the competition since November 2014 - a run of 15 matches - and they began the final with the confidence of defending champions.

Within 10 minutes they were ahead after Fikayo Tomori reacted quickest to fellow centre-back Jake Clarke-Salter's blocked header to score his fifth goal of the season.

However, Tomori immediately gifted PSG the chance of an equaliser when his foul on Christopher Nkunku resulted in a penalty but goalkeeper Bradley Collins came to his rescue with the save to deny striker Jean-Kevin Augustin from the spot.

PSG began the second half better and equalised in the 58th minute when Yakou Meite moved in off the right to shoot across Collins and inside the far post.

The lead was short-lived, however, as two minutes later Kasey Palmer charged forward from midfield and held off a defender's challenge to score his fifth goal in seven UEFA Youth League matches and his 16th of the season.

PSG pushed for the equaliser but Chelsea held on to the result and their title.
